*Gin Calamansi is a smooth gin-based cocktail with flavorsome punch of citrus from the fermented and freshly squeezed calamansi combined with the orange essence of Cointreau, and smoothened by the sweet delicious golden honey. This is sip-sational.


  • 45 ml Botanist Islay Gin
  • 10 ml Cointreau
  • 15 ml Fresh Calamansi Juice
  • 15 ml Honey
  • 5 ml Blue Curacao
  • 5 ml Preserved Calamansi Juice


  1. Stir all ingredients
  2. Add all ingredients in a shaker
  3. Shake well in ice and strain over kawayan glass with crushed ice
