Moscow Mule

A simple, delicious, and refreshing drink. Perfect combination of lime, ginger and good old trusty vodka. Try to drink moderately. (Learn about how the cocktail got its name)

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Vodka
• 15 ml Lime juice
• 120 to 150 ml Ginger beer
• 15 ml sugar syrup
• 1 piece lime wedge for garnish
• Lime zest for garnish

Directions:

1. Pour all ingredients in a copper mule cup.
2. Add ice and stir.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge and grate over some lime zest with a microplane.
