In the Philippines, lambanog (Coconut Toddy) is considered one of the very popular local spirits with different places of origin like Batangas, Quezon, Laguna, Bicol, and many others. “As a tribute to this very old spirit, I made a new twist and a Filipino version of the classic Negroni. Thus, the name ‘NOG-roni’,” says Larry. Original serving from Larry Guevara (Alley) Ingredients: 45 ml San Juan Lambanog 15 ml Campari 15 ml Martini Bianco 20 ml Monin Elderflower syrup 5 ml rich simple syrup Directions: Pour all ingredients in a shaker.
