It is a cocktail with a light, foamy texture. The smokiness of the whisky will hold its own against the intensity of cigars, thus making it a great pairing. The charred cinnamon stick stirrer adds an extra layer of flavor and aroma to the well-rounded drink.


Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Laphroiag 10
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • Egg white

Directions:

  1. Pour all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Pour into rock glass with ice.
  4. Garnish with lemon peel, cherry, and charred cinnamon stick as a stirrer.
