The mixture of lemon, makrut lime, and lemongrass flavors wakes up the palate and uplifts your spirit. Ingredients: 45 ml Stolichnaya 15 ml lemon juice 15 ml makrut lime (also known as kaffir lime*) syrup 10 ml lemongrass syrup 2 small stalks of lemongrass ginger beer Directions: Muddle lemongrass in a copper mug. Add ice and add Stolichnaya, lemon juice, makrut lime syrup, and lemongrass syrup. Stir and add more ice. Add other ingredients and stir. Add tube ice and garnish with a lemongrass stalk. * In some cultures, the word “kaffir” is a derogatory slur. We’re using “makrut” here as recommended by The Oxford Companion to Food.
