Everybody loves a refreshing mule cocktail. They’re so easy to make that you can play around with the ingredients and create versions that suit your taste. The next time you grab a copper mug to make one for yourself, try adding a tart and spicy twist with raspberry purée and fresh ginger.

Ingredients

  • 45 mL vodka
  • 15 mL lemon juice
  • 20 mL raspberry puree
  • 2 cubes of fresh ginger
  • Ginger beer

Directions:

  1. In a copper mug, muddle ginger cubes.
  2. Add all other ingredients and stir.
  3. Add tube ice and top with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with dehydrated lemon.
