Mathilde bar neighborhood welcome launch party When: October 8 (Saturday) Time: 6:30 p.m. until closing Where: Mathilde, 8483 Kalayaan Ave, Poblacion The group behind Finders Keepers, The Bonbon Club, and Papa Loa is celebrating the opening of new bar Mathilde with select free food and cocktails the whole night (while supplies last). Whisky Live Manila 2016 When: October 28 (Friday) to 29 (Saturday) Time: 7 p.m. Where: Shangri-La at the Fort Whisky enthusiasts and curious drinkers can sample 121 brands of whisky at this popular international whisky event that finally lands in Manila through its partnership with Grand Cru Wines and Spirits, Inc. Whisky Live brings together whisky distributors and brands from around the world to showcase rare, unique and hard to find whiskies. There will also be talks and master classes to make learning about whisky fun and engaging for guests. Speakers includes Jim Murray, author of the highly influential Whisky Bible.
