This pleasantly sweet cocktail pays homage to the much- loved reindeer with the glowing red nose. It has a taste that is kind of like that of gulaman, with a lingering sweet finish.

Glass: Champagne flute


  • 30 ml Don Papa rum
  • 15 ml sherry
  • 10 ml pear liqueur
  • 10 ml all spice syrup
  • 30 ml ginger ale


  1. Add all ingredients except ginger ale in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and fine strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  3. Garnish with a cherry.
