Dalandan Spritz

This is a sweet, deceptive drink with a hint of citrus. You’ll almost forget that this has alcohol in it, so be mindful.

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Aperol
• 45 ml Manille Dalandan Liqueur
• 120 ml Martini Prosecco/sparkling wine
• 10 ml strawberry puree
• 30 ml soda water

Directions: 

1. Add ingredients except Prosecco and soda water in a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake.
3. Strain into a wine glass with ice.
4. Add soda water and Prosecco.
5. Garnish with dalandan wheel.
