If this doesn’t make you blush, we don’t know what will. The fizz and flavor light up the tongue and tickles the nose. Perfumey, delicate and sophisticated, this slightly bitter cocktail almost tastes like the stirrings of infatuation.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Gin
  • 15ml Camomile Tea
  • 15ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • 60ml Asti Spumante
  • 1 dash bitters

Directions: 

  1. Except for Asti Spumante, add all ingredients in shaker add ice and shake.
  2. Double strain into a glass.
  3. Top with Asti Spumante and garnish w a wheel of grapefruit.
