Why not level up your usual “lapad” game? Elevate the booze-in-a-paper-bag situation with this sweet and refreshing drink. The tonic water tempers the bite of the Tanduay and the sweetness of the mango juice, and the calamansi adds an acidity that makes this a well-rounded drink. Now you can take a swig from the bottle without cringing.


  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 90 ml Tanduay
  • 80 ml mango juice
  • 30 ml calamansi juice
  • tonic water to top


  1. Pour Tanduay contents into a container.
  2. Muddle cucumber.
  3. Put all ingredients in a shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake.
  5. Transfer liquid to Tanduay bottle.
  6. Garnish with cucumber pieces.
  7. Serve the bottle in a brown paper bag.
