Silky, savory, with a hint of spiciness from Sriracha and heat from the Sake, it has a creamy, egg-y finish. It’s like a little meal, with your rice (Sake), veggies (greens), protein (egg), and seasoning (Sriracha and sesame seeds). Ingredients: sake ponzu or lemon juice quail egg scallions or leeks sesame seed caviar (optional) Sriracha Directions: Pour 1 inch sake int o sake or shot glass. Pour 1/4 inch ponzu or lemon juice.
