The name of this drink is fun to say. Like a tongue twister. Try saying it 3 times fast. It smells citrusy, and is tart with a hint of ginger and a tart-spicy-fizzy finish.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Very Old Captain Rum
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 30 ml calamansi juice
  • 90 ml ginger beer
  • tube and crushed ice
  • 1 calamansi fruit (garnish)

Directions:

  1. Pour all (except ginger beer) ingredients in a mason jar.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Top with ginger beer.
  4. Add crushed ice.
