It smells citrusy, and is tart with a hint of ginger and a tart-spicy-fizzy finish. Ingredients: 45 ml Very Old Captain Rum 30 ml lime juice 30 ml calamansi juice 90 ml ginger beer tube and crushed ice 1 calamansi fruit (garnish) Directions: Pour all (except ginger beer) ingredients in a mason jar.
