The Gin and Tonic Buffet is a great concept to have for any gathering. Lay out various fruits, herbs, spices, and gins on a table and let your guests pick and choose which combinations they want to sample. You can also do some research on the flavor profiles on each kind of gin and see what the brands suggest you pair their spirits with.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Botanist gin
  • Grapefruit wheel
  • Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water
  • 10 pink peppercorns rosemary sprig (clapped) ice
  • Pink peppercorns in ice tonic water (top) or whatever combination you want
  • Herbs in ice (pink peppercorns)

Some suggestions:

  • Gin with pink peppercorns and lemon and tarragon
  • Gin with cucumber and mint
  • Gin with lavender and lemon and lime
  • Gin with cardamom and orange and rose

Directions:

  1. Pour gin in a large wine glass.
  2. Add grapefruit wheel, pink peppercorns, and rosemary sprig (clapped).
  3. Add tube ice and herbs in ice.
  4. Top with tonic water.
