Kamias, one of our endemic fruits, takes center stage in this refreshing, tart cocktail. Some might be apprehensive about trying this because even the thought of eating kamias makes the mouth water and the lips pucker, but this drink elevates kamias consumption in a new way. Balanced by the syrup and punched up by the rum, the kamias is brought to the forefront of this deliciously sour cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs kamias, muddled
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 60 ml Bacardi Superior
  • 30 ml Simple syrup

Directions:

  1. Muddle kamias in shaker.
  2. Add lime juice, Bacardi, and syrup.
  3. Add ice and shake.
  4. Strain into coupette and garnish with lime wheel and kamias slice.
