Another one of our childhood sweets + spirit mash up that is sure to make you ask, “Why didn’t I think of that?”

The White Rabbit Buttertoffee candy (not to be confused with the White Rabbit Candy that you can eat the wrapper) is crushed and mixed with your local gin (the finer the candy is crushed, the dasher it will infuse the gin) to make a buttery-caramel spirit that will delight those who enjoy their drinks sweet. Take as is in a shot or mix in a cocktail, this infusion will be a staple in your drinking sessions.

Ingredients:

  • Ginebra Gin bilog
  • 10 white rabbit, crushed

Directions:

  1. Crush 10 pieces White Rabbit candy (Buttertoffee) and put in Ginebra Gin bilog.
  2. Shake and allow to infuse for 3-6 hours (the finer the candy is crushed, the faster it will infuse the gin).
  3. Serve in shot glasses.
