Warm up this rainy weather with this gin infusion. The calamansi makes it smell refreshing and tempers the bite of GSM Blue. It tastes sweet, with a hint of citrus and ends with heat at the back of the throat that soothes. Perfect for passing around during inuman–that is, if you don’t end up hoarding the bottle for yourself.

Ingredients:

  • Almost a full bottle of GSM Blue
  • 2 tbsp chili guava-jam (half a bottle of 284 g guava jam with 2-3 chilies)
  • 8 calamansi

Directions:

  1. Infuse the gin with the chili-guava jam and calamansi for at least 6 hours.
