This spritz recipe combines papaya and pineapple to make a light and fruity, low ABV cocktail. It is a great choice for when you’re entertaining guests who are on a diet or those who are not your typical lushes. The fruits go well together, and the muddled papaya adds a hint of creaminess to a very light cocktail, while the calamansi balances the sweetness.

For those who want to skip the soda, you can use tonic water instead to add the fizz and a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • Slice of ripe papaya,
  • muddled (approximately 120 ml)
  • 60 ml pineapple juice
  • 60 ml calamansi juice
  • 30 ml Chardonnay Sprite (to top)

Directions:

  1. Muddle papaya in mason jar.
  2. Add all ingredients except Sprite.
  3. Add ice and stir.
  4. Top with Sprite and garnish with papaya slice.
