Ingredients:

  • Slice of ripe papaya,
  • muddled (approximately 120 ml)
  • 60 ml pineapple juice
  • 60 ml calamansi juice
  • 30 ml Chardonnay Sprite (to top)

Directions:

  1. Muddle papaya in mason jar.
  2. Add all ingredients except Sprite.
  3. Add ice and stir.
  4. Top with Sprite and garnish with papaya slice.
