Aged in the foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, Don Papa Rum lends its trademark honey, candied, vanilla, fruit flavors to this classic sour. It’s balanced, smooth, and silky, like a well-made sour should be.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Don Papa
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • egg white

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients in shaker and dry shake.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Fine strain into chilled coupette.
