“Christmas is one of the most important seasons for all. It is all about love and to refresh our soul. I made this fruity and refreshing cocktail with Hendrick’s Gin because of its rose and cucumber notes that remind me of love and renewal.” – Cedric

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Hendricks Gin
  • 20 ml Aperol
  • 3 fruits strawberry
  • 2 sprigs basil
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml simple syrup

Glass used: Deer glass or mason jar

Garnish: Cucumber and strawberry

Directions:

  1. Muddle strawberry and basil in a shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Add tube ice.
  4. Shake.
  5. Line the deer dome glass with a cucumber slice. Fill with ice.
  6. Double strain the liquid in the deer dome glass.
  7. Garnish with strawberry and cucumber slice.
  8. Close the glass with the deer’s head and serve.

Tasting Notes: Sweet and tart, with a hint of cooling cucumber. A light and refreshing cocktail for afternoon Christmas parties.
