Tasting notes: Inspired by the favorite childhood treat S’mores, this drink brings to mind the burnt, sweet scent of fire-roasted marshmallows layered with chocolate and graham crackers. It’s a strong sipping drink for the adult who will always be a kid at heart.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Jack Daniel’s
  • 10 ml Kahlúa
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 barspoon candy cane syrup

Glass: rock glass

Garnish: Fibisco choco mallows and orange peel

Ice: Tube ice (but if you have round or cube ice, it’s a better option so as not to dilute the drink)

How to Make Candy Cane Syrup:

  • 1 cup water
  • 10 standard size candy canes
  1. Boil candy cane with 1 cup of water.
  2. Stir until the candy canes dissolve.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool before transferring to a bottle.

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir.
  3. Pour in a rock glass with ice and garnish with torched chocolate mallows.
  4. Express orange peel on the drink and serve.
