“The drink inspires summer weather and the Christmas season.” – Royce

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 oz watermelon water
  • 1.5 oz shochu
  • 1 oz lime
  • .75 oz Giffard rose syrup

 

  • Glass: collins
  • Garnish: watermelon wedge
  • Ice: tube ice

Directions:

  1. Combine everything in a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.

Tasting notes: A refreshing cocktail with sweet notes from the watermelon with a hint of rose. It is very easy to drink and is a sure crowd pleaser.
