Inspired by the classic bubbly cocktail French 75. This drink which has been in the bubbly cocktail menu since World War I is made with gin, champagne, citrus, and simple syrup. We’ve created a lighter version, we skipped the champagne and replaced with sparkling water, so, you can have a few glasses just before New Year and still be dancing the night without being too drunk for the festivity.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 25 ml Lemon juice
  • 30 ml Elderflower liqueur
  • 5 ml DaVinci Gourmet Cherry Blossom syrup
  • 20 ml Honey syrup
  • top with soda water
Garnish: lemon peel
Glass: flute

Directions:
1. Chill all the ingredients hours before so that the drink is cold when mixed.
2. Chill the flute with ice and set aside.
3. In a mixing glass, mix the gin, lemon juice, Elderflower liqueur, honey syrup, and the Cherry Blossom syrup, stir. This drink can be built straight on the flute but make sure to stir the liquid so you get an even mixture.
4. Add the mixture in the chilled flute and top off with cold sparkling water.
5. Garnish with lemon peel.
6. Serve.
