A twist to the classic Clover Club. DrinkManila’s resident mixologist created this cocktail for World Gin Day bar takeover at Gilarmi Lounge’s Gin Library last June 9. This one’s for people with sweet tooth, and you get added treat with chocolate coated gummies.


  • 45 ml Plymouth Gin
  • 20 ml Monin Raspberry Puree
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 dashes Chocolate bitters
  • 2 dashes orange bitters (at the end before serving)

Glass: coupette

Garnish: 3 gummy bears dipped in chocolate

Bears in the Club


  1. In a tin shaker add egg white and dry shake.
  2. Add all other ingredients and add ice. Shake vigorously.
  3. In a chilled coupette, double strain the cocktail.
  4. Garnish with 3 gummy bears dipped in chocolate.
  5. Top with orange bitters.
