Local citrus, calamansi, shines in this light fizzy alcopop. This drink highlights the sour tanginess of the calamansi balanced by the fruity earthy sweetness of local honey. The citrusy minty notes of lemongrass adds depth to this refreshing low-ABV alcopop that you can sip for hours on end.


*Serves 2

  • 3 inch lemongrass muddled
  • 30 ml honey
  • 60 ml Manille Liqueur de Calamansi
  • 30 ml calamansi juice
  • 100 ml water in a soda siphon


  1. Add all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Throw to mix.
  3. Chill mixture and soda siphon.
  4. Pour mixture into a soda siphon.
  5. Dispense into the glass with ice.
  6. Garnish with fresh calamansi wheels.

Note: Keep all ingredients cold to make the best result.
