A VIP tasting section will showcase a line up of ultra-premium bottles. Finally, the highlight of the evening is a ‘Chef Throwdown’ where two chefs battle against each other to showcase their food and wine pairing skills to be judged by local food celebrities, bloggers, writers, and VIP ticket holders.
