This invigorating cocktail has a dry heat that matches well with the warmth of the agave from tequila. This citrusy drink is well-balanced and layered, with a spiciness that creeps in more than it kicks. If this is a harbinger of what the New Year will be like, things are looking great for us. Ingredients: 2 or 3 generous squeezes of sriracha 60 ml tequila (Reposado) 30 ml lime juice 30 ml orange juice 30 ml pineapple juice 15 ml agave syrup Directions: Chill coupette with ice. Put tequila, lime, orange juice, pineapple juice, and agave syrup in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a coupette. Add the sriracha and stir. Depending on your prefered taste, you may add in more sriracha. You may also add sriracha to the mixture before shaking.
