The coffee liqueur is complemented by the sour cranberry juice, and the mint adds freshness. Glass: Pint glass or Large Collins Glass Ice: long ice (length is until almost the top of the glass) and crushed/shaved ice on top Garnish: Coffee jellies and fresh mint Ingredients: 50 ml Amadeo Coffee Liqueur 180 ml Cranberry Juice 1 dash or 10 drops of Bob’s Chocolate Bitters Fresh mint coffee jellies Directions: Build in glass. Roll around 10 mint leaves, clap, and drop into glass. Add ice and stir. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint and coffee jellies.
