It’s in our culture to make a strong bond with our family and receive the blessing of the Gospel. Outside the churches, there are a lot of stalls making bibingka and it has become a tradition that after mass, families would flock onto the stalls for a bite of hot bibingka. I made this cocktail with flavors of bibingka in mind.” – Ced Ingredients 30 ml Bacardi 8 30 ml Malibu 30 ml sugar syrup 15 lemon juice 60 ml pineapple juice 60 ml almond milk 1 strawberry How to make the cocktail: Muddle the strawberry and add all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
