Manila-based Spanish painter Cesar Caballero unveils his new paintings at Dr. Wine on April 2.  Cesar has exhibited his works in Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia, Barcelona, France, and for a while now he has brought his multifaceted background in the arts into the Philippine art scene.
