Vinexposium Marks Asian Comeback With Vinexpo Asia in Singapore

After a four-year hiatus, Vinexposium is staging Vinexpo Asia once again, this time holding the event in Singapore. The industry’s largest B2B event is all-set to gather wine and spirits professionals on May 23 to 25 for a three-day 100% business reunion in the heart of the Asia-Pacific region.

In the unique setting of the Marina Bay, Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Vinexposium will be showcasing all the unique features that make it a potent player worldwide: an inclusive event for the wine and spirits industry attended by 1,000 international exhibitors poised to welcome the 8,000 visitors due to attend.

Mirroring the international momentum successfully created by the Vinexposium group around the world, and building off the success of Wine Paris and Vinexpo Paris this past February, Vinexpo Asia is traveling to Singapore for three outstanding days of engagement and business meetings in the heart of this promising market.

Vinexpo Asia will be offering various programs as part of Vinexpo Academy, which will include masterclasses by Catena Zapata (the famous Argentinean estate) and by the Wines of Western Australia Association which will explore its regional wineries, conferences hosted by prominent experts from across the globe, and the Major Tasting by the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux (UGCB). There will also be the Battle of the Sommeliers, where professionals from the international sommelier scene compete at a one-of-a-kind tasting session, and the Vinexpo Challenge, a signature event which will be hosted by the 2023 Best Sommelier in the World, Raimonds Tomsons, and organized in collaboration with the International Association of Sommeliers (ASI), plus the conference conducted by The IWSR on consumer trends in the major markets in Asia. There will also be an awards ceremoony, where British media, The Drinks Business, will celebrate Drinks Business Asian Awards, to mark its major comeback in Asia. Swedish media Star Wine List will also be presenting the first selection in Asia of its famous competition, Star Wine List of the Year, which rewards the best wine lists by product category.
