We can almost imagine enjoying it in an outdoor BBQ on a warm breezy day. Suggestion: if you don’t have ginger syrup you can muddle fresh ginger and use simple syrup instead. The syrup measurements for these drinks are just a suggestion. Sweeten your drinks to your own preference. Ingredients: 30 ml Watermelon syrup (Giffard) 20 ml Ginger syrup 2 slices watermelon water (to top) Directions: Muddle watermelon slices in mason jar. Add watermelon syrup and ginger syrup. Add tube ice and stir. Top with water and stir. Top with crushed ice and garnish with watermelon slice.
