This version adds the floral honeyed sweetness of elderflower liqueur and a cool touch of fresh cucumber for a refreshing drink on a hot day. Ingredients: 25 mL Absolut Citron 25 mL Beefeater Gin 15 mL lemon juice 20 mL Giffard’s Elderflower Syrup (or St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur) 5 mL sugar syrup A dash of soda 2 thick wheels of cucumber Glass: Collins glass Directions: In a shaker, muddle the cucumber. Add all ingredients except for the soda. Add ice and shake until ice cold. Double strain into a collins glass. Add ice and top with soda.
