If you want a challenge, this is the drink for you. This is not for the faint of heart. Only for the adventurous drinkers out there. This is definitely a notch-on-your-belt type of experience. Who could say that they’ve had a radish cocktail before?

Ingredients:

  • 1 red radish, shredded with a box grater
  • ½ teaspoon sugar 60 ml bourbon
  • 10 ml radish juice (juiced white radish)
  • 10 ml honey syrup
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • dash of angostura

Directions:

  1. Macerate the grated radish with the sugar.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously until chilled.
  3. Strain into a double rock glass with a large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with thinly sliced radish and serve.
