This tart cocktail tastes better than it smells and goes down smooth. If you want a challenge, this is the drink for you. This is not for the faint of heart. Only for the adventurous drinkers out there. This is definitely a notch-on-your-belt type of experience. Who could say that they’ve had a radish cocktail before? Ingredients: 1 red radish, shredded with a box grater ½ teaspoon sugar 60 ml bourbon 10 ml radish juice (juiced white radish) 10 ml honey syrup 10 ml lemon juice dash of angostura Directions: Macerate the grated radish with the sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into a double rock glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with thinly sliced radish and serve.
