There are 13 brand new original Village Tavern cocktails to get you through a hard day, or to celebrate with, or just to quench your thirst. Here are some of our picks:

V-Tea – This signature drink is made of freshly brewed tea mixed with vodka and cranberry juice and garnished with mint and lemon wheel. It’s refreshing, light, and is like a naughty iced tea. Deceptively innocent.

The Painkiller Tiki – This sweet, creamy drink is a combination of fresh mango purée, pineapple, Coco Real (coconut cream), and dark rum. Perfect for dessert, or for when you want to give yourself a treat and indulge. You deserve this.

Village Tavern Margarita – Your classic margarita with a twist of honey served in a glass rimmed with blue salt (salt mixed with Blue Curacao). The honey tempers the taste of tequila, giving you a fresh and familiar cocktail.

Triple Berry Cosmo – A tasty cocktail made of blueberry juice, cranberry, and raspberry vodka. It’s berry overload. It smells sweet and is light and easy to drink. Try it if you want to have a break from the usual cosmo.

Village Tavern L.I.T. – A fusion of vodka, gin, rum, and tequila mixed with cranberry juice. This is what you need after a long, hard day. Robust and straightforward, this cocktail will be sure to get you buzzed in no time.

A glass costs P145 while Bistro cardholders may have any of the cocktails at P95/glass until 7 p.m.

In addition to these craft cocktails, Village Tavern has added new bar plates to the menu: Fresh Oysters, Tavern Sampler (loaded with Texan riblets, Chorizo and goat cheese rolls, Habana Mexican-style grilled corn, and Tavern nachos), and the Appetizer Sampler: sesame teriyaki chicken wings, prawn and mango quesadilla, homemade jalapeno poppers, and French fries.

Fresh Oysters

The Old Fashioned Southern Eats is another new item on the menu and includes the following house favorites: 4 pcs. Monterey Chicken, Full Texan Ribs, 2 pcs. Crispy Chicken Tacos, and Habana Mexican-Style Grilled Corn. This generous serving is good for four, or for a famished couple, so the P1,495 price tag for Bistro cardholders is well worth it.
