We’ve prepared delicious G&T recipes for everyone to explore. By 9:30 pm to 12:00 mn, wet your whistle with The Bar Gin cocktails created by DrinkManila resident mixologist Icy Mariñas. For those with sweet tooth, enjoy Pink Sky Mind made with The Bar Pink Gin, Monin Strawberry Purée, Basil, Lemon, Ginger Ale, Crushed Ice, Raspberry Foam and Potchi Strawberry Cream Garnish. For those looking for fun explosive serves, try the purple Cosmic Boom made with The Bar Lime Gin with Blue Pea Flowers, Green Chartreuse, Cucumber, Lime, Monin Green Apple Syrup, and Sour Tape and Lime Bits Popsicle Garnish. Moreover, if you’re looking for a stiff drink, Prudence Night might be your drink of choice, this mouth-watering and potent cocktail consists of The Bar Premium Dry Gin, Smoked Sage, Campari, Aperol, Choco Bitters, Orange Bitters, and Choco-Orange Garnish. We also have special treats and raffle prizes for the night!
