With a total of 24 carefully curated purveyors offering tasty eats, fashionable local crafts, and delectable drinks at Rockwell’s outdoor area, The Tasting Club promises a sumptuous holiday event unlike any other. The festive Holiday Fair provides a safe space for visitors to drink and dine at the breezy alfresco area, as well as shop for unique Christmas gifts and take home yummy food and drinks for Christmas celebrations. The event puts the spotlight on local craft spirits from Don Papa Rum, Santa Ana Gin, and Destileria Barako, local craft beers from Jade’s Temple, fine champagne cognac brand Rémy Martin, Australian wines from Hardys Wines, French, Spanish, and Italian wines from Terroir Wine, and Scotch Whisky and New World wines from Forth & Tay. Visitors can enjoy free tasting samples of the gourmet food selection with curated drinks. There are scheduled special activities such as carving tutorials with the executive chef of Esguerra Kurobuta, cooking demos with Ooni pizza ovens, and sourdough bread starter introduction by The Daily Kneads every evening at 5:00 pm. Free cocktails from Destileria Barako, Don Papa Rum, Santa Ana Gin, and Rémy Martin Cognac will be offered as well during that time. Sip and savor the drinks while enjoying live performances from acts like Hernan, Trio and Archie. Feast on tasty treats like The Daily Knead’s baked goods, jams, homemade foie gras, and sardines from F Taste of France, local sweets from Malagos Chocolate, and more gourmet fare.
