Diageo Philippines brand ambassador Rian Asiddao created a cocktail that compliments the sweet and salty Christmas ham. Dufftown Bells will elevate your Christmas feast, as it brings together sweet, sour, and savory with a touch of heat in every sip.

Ingredients:

45 ml Singleton of Dufftown 12
45 ml pineapple juice
15 ml chili-honey syrup
3 dashes aromatic bitters
Top with ginger beer
Dehydrated pineapple and chili flakes

Directions:

Pour ingredients ginger beer in a tin shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a highball glass with ice.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with dehydrated pineapple.
