The Singleton Social Bar is all about enjoying single malts in new and exciting ways. It features a selection of cocktails developed by winners of Diageo World Class Philippines and dishes prepared by chefs from some of the biggest food concepts today, and will be open until May 14. Guests can look forward to a selection of whisky cocktails to try at The Singleton Social Bar. The Singleton Plus Two is a delicious drink that can suit any preference, as it blends The Singleton with two mixers (one sparkling and one still). Choose from The Singleton Orchard, Tropical, Riverside, and Hopscotch, depending on your mood and taste. Restaurateur Erwan Heussaff created three exclusive cocktails during the pop-up bar’s launch that will be available throughout their run: The Singleton AOI Highball, made with honeyed Hojicha and soda water; The Singleton Narra, mixed with equal parts whiskey, pandan juice and coconut soda; and The Singleton Yoshi, a fruity and fresh mix of blended lemon wedges, mint and pineapple mash. Erwan’s Cocktails Upcoming Weekend Events at The Singleton Social Bar Experience a different kind of dinner party with your friends when you visit The Singleton Social Bar each weekend. For the next weekends Deli by Chele, La Kantina, and Mijo Comfort Food will be creating a limited-edition menu featuring specialty dishes that guests can savor along with bespoke cocktails the brands have each developed in partnership with award-winning bartenders from World Class Philippines.
