This infused rum is an aromatic spirit that is sweet, sour and spicy all in one shot. The tarragon leaves bring out herbal notes on the nose and the tamarind candy infuses the rum with a sweet and sour flavor that is rounded off by the spiciness of the chili. This is one of those shots you can’t have just one of. Once you shot, you can’t stop.

Ingredients:

  • 750 ml Very Old Captain Rum
  • 20 leaves Tarragon Tamarind candy (salty)
  • 3 pcs chili sliced in half

Directions:

  1. Infuse rum with the tarragon, tamarind candy and chili for at least 4 hours.
