Although he is grumpy, he loves his grand nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie. Uncle Scrooge reminds me of the saying, ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover.’” This Christmas season, may people have an open mind and not judge people based merely on perception. Each person is unique and we can all live in harmony if we accept each one’s diversity.” – Richie Ingredients: 7 coffee beans 60 ml Bacardi 8 10 ml Campari 10 ml Sweet vermouth 4 dashes chocolate bitters Glass used: Flute or Nick and Nora Glass Directions: Muddle or crush 3 to 4 pieces of coffee beans in a mixing glass. Add all liquid ingredients in the mixing glass. Stir and strain in a flute or Nick and Nora glass. Serve. Tasting notes: “This is a “no ice” drink which is spirit forward, a bit bitter but with nutty and fruity notes. This drink can either be served as an aperitif/digestive. I intended this drink to be made simple so that everyone can make it. No ice and no garnish.” Note: This drink will not be available on the menu of 5ynco, but you can ask them to whip it up for you if you drop by.
