If you want to try making your own nutmilk at home, here’s an easy-to-follow recipe. You can experiment with the flavors once you learn how to make the nutmilk base. Note: After you make the nutmilk, make sure you consume it as soon as possible, as leaving it overnight will make the milk stale. If you plan to consume it the next day, make sure you place it in a sealed container and leave it in the freezer. You can still enjoy it after defrosting it the next day. Serving size: 800 ml Ingredients: 1/8 cup sprouted (soaked) pili 1/8 cup sprouted (soaked) cashews 1/8 cup sprouted (soaked) almonds 800 ml filtered water 1/4 cup dates Syrup 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean 1 teaspoon of maca Directions: Blend all ingredients.
