Ten-Day Oktoberfest at Chaos Night Club When: October 7 to 16 Time: 7 p.m.- 11 p.m. Where: Chaos Night Club, City of Dreams City of Dreams Manila is holding a 10-day modern celebration inspired by Oktoberfest.
