Gold and black balloons covered the ceiling and strands of pearls and metallic bottles adorned the tables. Guests sipped Bombay Sapphire gin and tonics, the Bonbon Club’s signature gin cocktails, and the featured cocktails for the night, including the Roses Gimlet (half gin, half Rose’s Lime Juice), Margaux Royale (pomelo, elderflower, Calvet Cremant de Bordeaux Brut), Guildhall Royale (cherry liqueur, absinthe, Calvet Cremant de Bordeaux Brut), BBC Spritz (aperol, orange flower water, Calvet Cremant de Bordeaux Brut), and Barrel-Aged Negronis made with Bulldog gin barrel-aged for two weeks. Before the evening ended, the owners popped a magnum of champagne and handed out glasses of bubbly for a toast.
