Who would have thought that the salty-sweet dried plum treat Kiamoy would go so well with Emperador Brandy? This surprisingly easy to drink cocktail gets its sweetness from the kiamoy. The plum flavor pulls everything together. This is a cool drink to have for any occasion.


  • 45 ml Kiamoy-infused Emperador Brandy
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml cardamom syrup
  • top with tonic water

How to Infuse Emperador Brandy with Kiamoy:

Infuse 500 ml Emperador Brandy with 100 g brown Kiamoy for at least 24 hours. Taste frequently after until you get the desired flavor and strain brandy.


  1. Add all ingredients except tonic water in a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain into highball glass, add ice and top with tonic water.
