Ingredients: 60 ml rum 30 ml lime 3 slices banana (Lakatan) 10 ml butter 2 dashes cinnamon powder 10 ml brown sugar Pinch of salt Directions: Caramelize the bananas with butter and sugar in a small pan. Deglaze with 10ml rum, transfer into a shaker, muddle, add all other ingredients and fill with ice. Hard shake and double strain into a margarita glass. Garnish with a banana slice.
