Recipe by Royce Pua, head bartender at 12/10 located at Guijo, 7635 Guijo, San Antonio Village, Makati City

The cocktail is inspired by white Christmas with just a drop of cranberry for a red note.

Ingredients:

  • .75 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambery
  • .75 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • .5 oz Fidencio Mezcal
  • .5 oz Tequila blanco
  • .5 oz Eau de Vie Metté – Framboise (Raspberry Brandy)  

Glass used: chalice

Garnish: brandied cherry

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir, and strain.
  2. Garnish with brandied cherry.

Tasting notes: Christmas cocktails need not be on the sweet side. This recipe is one of our favorite mixes this Christmas. It’s spirit forward and smoky, with a mild note of raspberry from the brandy.
