Ingredients: .75 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambery .75 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth .5 oz Fidencio Mezcal .5 oz Tequila blanco .5 oz Eau de Vie Metté – Framboise (Raspberry Brandy) Glass used: chalice Garnish: brandied cherry Directions: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir, and strain. Garnish with brandied cherry. Tasting notes: Christmas cocktails need not be on the sweet side. This recipe is one of our favorite mixes this Christmas. It’s spirit forward and smoky, with a mild note of raspberry from the brandy.
