Unspoken Bar’s Aliuss Abrazado whipped up Jolly Vixen for this year’s Christmas season. Jolly Vixen, a tequila-based cocktail that pairs well with our embutido (Filipino meatloaf usually served during the holidays).

Jolly Vixen has notes of carrots, pineapple, ginger, and apple, and has hints of lime and orange. The cumin salt adds another dimension to this complex cocktail. It’s a savory, tropical drink that pairs well with the holiday classic embutido.

Jolly Vixen is part of Unspoken Bar at Sheraton Manila Bay’s reindeer cocktail promotion (2 for Php650++) for the Christmas season.
