The event will sangrias made with fresh ingredients and premium boutique wines paired with refined street food. Guests can relax, wine, and dine while listening to acoustic performances. LIT Tasting Event: Yamazakura New Born Series Where: LIT Manila, G/F Serendra, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig When: April 18, 2018 (Wednesday) Time: 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm Entrance: P1,500 Join LIT Manila for the unique tasting of whiskies from Asaka Distillery, a new local distillery owned by Sasanokawa Shuzo Co and the oldest Sake brewer in the Tohoku region of Japan. There will be three whiskies presented during the tasting–Yamazakura Single Cask No. 6250, Yamazakura Single Cask No. 17701, and Yamazakura Single Cask No. 17002. The event will tackle the initial maturation stages of an aged whisky and will introduce different elements surrounding aging that interplay in the formation of the final products on shelves. This class is special due to the rarity of the bottles that will be presented. They will only accommodate the first 18 people who reserve, so best to book a slot today. Eureka Series: Poblacion Re-imagined Where: Acceler8, 7F Finman Building, 131, Tordesillas St., Salcedo Village Makati When: April 19, 2018 (Thursday) Time: 8:00-10:00 PM Entrance: Php 300 Your favorite places around Poblacion are coming together for a night of music, art, drinks, and conversations at Eureka Series: Poblacion Re-imagined. The event will be held at Accerler8, a hybrid instant office and co-working space in Salcedo Village. Pop-up bar and live art will start by 5 pm followed by the forum and a demo on how to mix a cocktail by Drinkka.com. Conversations will be led by Alexa Arabejo of Dulo MNL, Ian Paradies of Polilya, Martin Chua Ledesma of OTO, Franco Ocampo of Tambai, Cara Paguio of Señor Pollo Philippines, and Carlo Cao Ocampo of Z Hostel Philippines.
