Bar Fight Round 2: Rum Day! Where: Waterside at Solaire G/F, Sky Tower, Solaire Resort & Casino, Aseana Drive, Paranaque When: August 16, Thursday Time: 8:00 pm- 1:00 am It’s another round for Manila’s best bars and bartenders to come together and create a winning cocktail. Head to Waterside at Solaire for a fun night between bartenders showing their skills. The event is open to the public, and as guests, they make up 40% of the votes for the whole competition. Guests are given stubs to claim the cocktails and voting card so they could cast a vote for their favorite one. For Php 999 + 10% service charge, the guest can drink all the three cocktails during the Bar Fight and enjoy the nacho bar buffet. August 16 is National Rum Day so each participating bartender will use Plantation Rum from Apotheke Craft Spirits. Solaire’s Waterside, Versus Barcade, and New World Makati’s Bar Rouge will be the competing bars for the night. The winning bar/bartender, will host the next fight.
